Add and control golf shoe rental options for attendees
If your event includes golf-related activities, you can offer attendees the ability to rent golf shoes during registration. The Golf Shoes feature in Launchpad allows you to configure available shoe options, pricing, tax settings, and their display order on registration forms.
This helps improve the attendee experience while ensuring accurate reporting and accounting.
How do I access the Golf Shoes setup page?
To manage golf shoe rental options:
Navigate to Setup in the admin menu.
Select Registration.
Click on Golf Shoes.
This opens the management page where you can add, edit, reorder, or delete golf shoe entries.
How do I add a new Golf Shoe?
From the Actions dropdown, select Add Golf Shoe.
Complete the required fields:
Name: Enter the name of the shoe (e.g., Men’s Size 10)
Visible to Public: Check if you want this to appear on public registration pages
In the Value Added Tax section, select applicable taxes.
In the Prices section:
Click the Add Icon
Choose a Financial Account (if applicable)
Enter the Price (do not include symbols)
Repeat to add multiple prices as needed
Use the Move Icon to reorder prices or Delete Icon to remove one.
How do I edit a Golf Shoe?
Click the Edit Icon next to the Golf Shoe entry.
Make necessary updates on the Edit Golf Shoe screen.
Click Save to apply the changes.
How do I change the display order of Golf Shoes?
Choose Set Display Order from the Actions dropdown.
Hover over the Golf Shoe name.
Click and drag items into the preferred order.
Click Save to finalize the arrangement.
How do I delete a Golf Shoe?
Before deletion:
Ensure no registrant is currently assigned to the Golf Shoe.
If needed, add a replacement Golf Shoe first.
Then:
Click the Delete Icon next to the Golf Shoe name.
Confirm the deletion by selecting OK in the dialog box.
