Understand and monitor code activity with the Code Change Log
The Code Change Log helps admins track all activity related to registration promo codes, access codes, marketing codes, exhibitor codes, and golf sponsor promo codes. This log provides transparency and accountability by showing who made changes, when, and what was changed.
This feature ensures that code updates—like edits or deletions—are clearly documented for audit purposes.
Where can I view the Code Change Log?
You can view the Code Change Log directly within the Edit View of a code. The Change Log appears as a dedicated tab and displays all tracked actions related to that code.
Alternatively, access the full report by:
Navigating to either the Registration or Exhibitor module.
Selecting Code Change Log from the Reports menu.
