Add and manage Sponsorship Items

Introduction

Sponsorship Items are promotional opportunities that can be included in Sponsorship Packages or offered as standalone add-ons. They help Exhibitors and Sponsors increase brand visibility at events. Common examples include branded tote bags, signage, and booth space. These items are managed in Swapcard Launchpad and can be linked to various sponsor benefits.


Manage promotional items for sponsor packages

To access, go to Event Setup > Exhibitor > Sponsorship > Items.

From the Sponsorship Items page, you can:

  • Add new Sponsorship Items

  • Edit existing items

  • Delete items no longer in use


How do I add a Sponsorship Item?

Create a new item for sponsor visibility

  1. Open the Actions dropdown and select Add Sponsorship Item.

  2. Complete the required fields:

    • Name: Enter the item name (e.g., Conference Lanyard)

    • Max Available: Enter quantity limit

    • Allow Unlimited: Check to remove quantity limits

    • Type: Choose from dropdown:

      • General: No extra info required

      • Company Info: Requires company bio, logo, etc.

      • Personnel: Grants attendee discounts

      • Booth: Includes a complimentary exhibitor booth

      • Board Room: Includes room reservations (specify quantity)

  3. Click Save


How do I edit a Sponsorship Item?

  1. Locate the item in the list

  2. Click the Edit Icon beside it

  3. Make changes in the Edit Sponsorship screen

  4. Click Save


How do I delete a Sponsorship Item?

⚠️ If the item is already purchased, update or replace it in the exhibitor’s record before deletion.

  1. Click the Delete Icon next to the item

  2. Confirm the deletion in the dialog box


Sponsorship Items are essential for offering high-value visibility to sponsors and exhibitors. By managing these items effectively, you can tailor your sponsorship packages to meet marketing goals and streamline event promotion logistics. Use the Sponsorship Items page to keep your offerings current and relevant for each event cycle.
