Ticket Types are defined admittance levels for an event. Prices, Classification Types, Guest Types, and Registration Types can be associated with a particular Ticket Type.
Common Ticket Types include Full Conference, Expo Only, and One-Day Passes.
To access the Ticket Types page:
Go to Event Setup
Find Registration > Ticket Types
From the Ticket Types page, the following can be done:
Add a Ticket Type
Edit a Ticket Type
Set the Ticket Type Display Order
Delete a Ticket Type
Add a Ticket Type
Select Add Ticket Type from the Actions dropdown menu.
In the Ticket Types section, populate the required fields:
Name: Type the name of the Ticket Type (e.g., One Day Pass, Full Conference)
Visible to public: Check this box to display the ticket on public registration pages
In the Value Added Tax section, check applicable tax labels to apply VAT.
In the Prices section:
Click the Add Icon and populate the following:
Account: Select the financial account for deposit (only visible if multiple accounts exist)
Registration Type: Select the associated Registration Type
Is Guest: Choose "Yes" for Guest ticket, "No" for regular
Guest Type: Select guest category (if applicable)
Classification Type: Assign pricing based on Classification
Price: Enter the price (numbers only)
Repeat to add multiple price conditions
Use the Move Icon to reorder prices
Use the Delete Icon to remove a price

Click Save.
Edit a Ticket Type
Click the Edit Icon next to the Ticket Type name.
Make changes in the Edit Ticket Type screen and click Save.
Set the Ticket Type display order
Arrange the ticket types as they should appear during registration.
Select Set Display Order from the Actions dropdown menu
Use your mouse to click and drag ticket types into the desired order
Click Save
Delete a Ticket Type
Remove unused ticket types from the system.
Ticket Types can only be deleted if not currently in use (e.g., assigned to registrants or packages).
Click the Delete Icon next to the Ticket Type name
Confirm deletion in the dialog box by clicking OK
Ticket Types are essential for structuring how attendees access your event and how prices are applied. Use them to support flexible pricing models and segmentation by classification, guest status, and registration timeframes. Proper configuration ensures a seamless registration experience for attendees.
